All UK delivery for greetings cards is FREE.
Delivery for other items is a flat rate of £1.95 for any order.
Please contact us for International postage costs.
All UK orders will be sent by 1st Class Royal Mail.
Orders over £35 will be send by 1st class recorded mail.
Heavier items will be sent using a courier.
We aim to send out orders asap, but please allow up to
7 working days from payment for items in stock.
If your item is not in stock delivery may take up to
14 working days.
We will contact you if there is any delay in sending out your
order and give you an expected delivery date.
PRICES
All prices on our website are in GBP and inclusive of VAT
PACKAGING
Because we are environmentally aware, your order will be
sent in a (clean) re-used box/recyled packaging.
RETURNS
If you are not happy with your product in any way and
want to return it please contact us within 5 days of purchase.
Providing that the products are sent back to us in the original
condition they were sent out in, we will exchange or refund the items.
When returning goods you are responsible for all postage costs.
We recommend you record the delivery.
OUR DESIGNS
Please note that all our designs are hand printed & small
imperfections and slight differences in the colour may occur.
All our designs are protected by copyright. All images/text on
the website belong to Solitaire Design Ltd & must not be used
without our permission.
